How can I access the syllabus in PDF format?
The PDF version of the syllabus can be found inside the individual chapters. In the app, click on one of the chapter questions (e.g. Esophageal Disorders). Once you are inside the chapter question, locate the blue bar above the first question and click the right arrow (>) to access the PDF. For the website app, click on one of the chapter questions (e.g. Esophageal Disorders) and a link for “Chapter PDF” can be found on the top right.
Can I download the questions in PDF format?
No, there are only PDF’s available for the syllabus.
Once I’ve completed all of the chapter questions, how do I claim CME/MOC?
Click the “Claim CME/MOC Credits” button on the app homepage. You will need to fill out a short evaluation to claim CME and MOC credits. CME and MOC credits for a chapter can only be claimed after you have answered 75 percent of the questions in that chapter correctly. Please note MOC credits can only be claimed if you include your American Board of Internal Medicine number.
Can I buy DDSEP® 8 from a third-party vendor or can others use my DDSEP product?
The opportunity to obtain CME and MOC credit is available only to the original individual purchaser of DDSEP, bought directly from AGA. A product resold by another party does not qualify for CME credits or MOC points.

Are there any tips that can help the DDSEP 8 app sync across various devices?
The sync currently only occurs while the app is running, and if the app is not running long enough, the sync may not complete. This is especially problematic for users who capture audio notes because transferring audio files, as this postpone the sync.
We suggest launching the app and leaving it running for a few minutes, and then touching the screen periodically to prevent it from going to sleep. You should see a network activity indicator near the top right of the status bar while the sync is happening. This activity indicator will appear as a circular spinner next to the Wi-Fi symbol.
